Look, living with Caetano was both pleasure and dread. It was good, very good. So much so that when he was arrested, I had this crazy conviction: “They just want to be with him! They want to have him close by”. How silly of me, right? But what can you do? We can only see the world through our own heads. In mine, they’d taken him because of passion. And that filled me with dread. It made me shiver with fear.
